I once read it takes 200 liters of water to produce one cup of espresso (this includes growing the bean, transporting it, roasting, etc.)That’s kinda crazy if you ask me…
Anyway, I created this little widget that randomly displays 13 tips to help people make their coffee habit more eco friendly. I submitted it to TheDailyGreen.com who subsequently tweeted it to their followers so I figured your readers might be interested too. If you like it you can tell people to install it on their blogs and help spread the word. Check it out at:
I’m sure I’m missing a ton of great tips, so please let me know if there are others I should add and I’ll gladly do it. I’m up to about 13 coffee related tips now.
Thanks,
Raza
P.S.
There is a link to my site in the widget (gasp!), but feel free to remove it if you want. I can even tell you how to do it. Cool points if you keep it though.
