Does this company want to fail?  Do they hate consumers that purchase their products and services?  Seriously. Verizon Wireless is a text book case of how not to run a company, how NOT to do customer service.  Dig if you will, today’s post by Chris Walters on The Consumerist:

"Verizon’s Roadside Assistance is Running on Empty"

Wow. Just wow. Funny if it wasn’t so sad. Thank goodness nothing (really bad) happened to him.

I wonder how AT&T, the service I have, would’ve handled the situation?

Thank goodness for OnStar!

Em
