Reason #500 My Kids Will Need Therapy
Have you seen that ATT commercial where the traveling executive dad takes pictures of his little daughter’s stuffed animal? Dad takes pictures of this stuffed monkey in front of all the landmarks—-Stuffed Monkey in Paris, Stuffed Monkey in Hong Kong, etc.?
My husband just returned from Prague. My younger daughter saw the ATT commercial and asked her dad if he would take some pictures of her stuffed kitty on his trip.
My husband DID take pictures of Kitty. Kitty in the beer garden. Kitty in the bar. Kitty in the restaurant. Kitty with waiters. Kitty in the beer trough. It’s a total scream. This is probably not a surprise since I am, white trash mom. But my daughters and I still gave my husband hell over it. Yes there were some pics of famous landmarks…but the pictures of kitty in famous bars and beer gardens outnumbered the landmark pictures 2 to 1.

Please keep in mind that my daughters are far older than the little girl in the TV commercial AND my girls were raised by a mom who writes a blog called "White Trash Mom". Hence the difference between the TV family and my family.
